Curious About Who You’re Working With?
I’m a graphic designer who was born and raised in the beautiful city of Las Vegas. Although we’re surrounded by desert, the most active areas have always been glamorous, flashy, and colorful. Advertisement and signage ruled the areas around me, and this world filled with graphics felt magical.
At first, I was mainly interested in illustration. I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember, from scribbling in the margins, doodling on scrap paper, and sketching in old notepads. Every little drawing aimed to tell some quickly thought out story. I was exposed more to the combination of text and illustration through comic books. Once I enrolled in UNLV, I found out about the world of graphic design. From that point, I knew I wanted to design graphics to share the magic of storytelling with the world.

Artist Statement
I’ve always been a fan of comic books. I love the way they incorporate illustration and text into a cohesive narrative that anyone can enjoy. As a graphic designer, I want my designs to convey stories in a similar way. I find it satisfying to take a concept and find the combination of text and image that helps deliver a story that speaks for itself. My works are primarily digital, but I like to simulate a physical feeling using halftones and other textures.
